Typhur Meatstock Sydney

1. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. By submitting an entry, all entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

2. Entry is open to Australian residents who are 18 years or older ("Entrants") except where specific states or territories have been excluded. The promoter is Directed [A.C.N. 126 066 322] of 115-119 Link Rd, Melbourne Airport, 3045 Victoria Australia.

3. Employees of Directed, or agencies associated with the promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter the competition.

4. By entering this Promotion, entrants acknowledge that the Prize is time-sensitive and agree to respond promptly to winner notifications.

5. To enter the Typhur Sync Gold Dual 2 Probe Meat Thermometer Giveaway (“Promotion”), participants must:

a. Follow @typhur_culinary_au on Instagram
b. Send us a DM “Meatstock Syd 2026” on Instagram to go in the draw to win 1 of 2 Typhur Sync Gold Dual 2 Probe Meat Thermometers

6. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person during the Promotion Period. Multiple tags or multiple Instagram accounts will not result in multiple entries. Any subsequent entries received from the same person will be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who submits more than one entry.

7. The competition commences on Monday, 1st May 2026, at 10:00 AM AEST and concludes on Saturday, 2nd May 2026, at 10:00 PM AEST.

8. The winner will be selected by random draw conducted by Directed on Monday, 11th May 2026, at 11:00 AM AEST.

9. Winners will be notified publicly via Instagram (@typhur_culinary_au) by Monday, 11th May 2026, at 12:00 PM AEST. The promoter accepts no responsibility if an entrant removes their account on their social media platform. Winners will be prompted to contact the page via private message to provide details (full name, email address, phone number, and delivery address) to claim their prize.

10. There will be TWO winners drawn at random, who will win the nominated prize.

11. The total prize value is $859.90 incl. GST and includes the following prizes (the “Prizes”):
○ 2x Typhur Sync Gold Dual 2 Probe Meat Thermometer (1x Per Winner, valued at $429.95 RRP each)

12. The prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable and must be taken as offered.

13. The Promoter shall not be liable for the prizes being lost, stolen, damaged, or tampered with in any way before they reach the winners or after they have been released to the winners.

14. Winners must respond to the Promoter’s direct message within seven (7) business days of notification to claim their Prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the promoter reserves the right to redraw the Prize. Any redraw will be conducted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable State and Territory laws.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity and age) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

16. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

17. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned (whether caused by a computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter), the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion (subject to any written direction given by a relevant regulatory authority), to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion.

18. Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt or incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information caused by website users or by any equipment used, or by any computers or technology used by intermediaries, service providers, or business partners to facilitate the Promotion.

19. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Entrants release Instagram from any responsibility in connection with this promotion.

20. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meatstock. Entrants release Meatstock from any responsibility in connection with this promotion.

21. By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to the collection, use, and storage of their personal information (including name and contact details) by the Promoter for the purposes of administering this Promotion. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.mytyphur.com.au. The Promoter will not share personal information with third parties except as required to administer the Promotion or as required by law.
